What B.E.S.A. Bookings is
B.E.S.A. Bookings is an online appointment booking system for salons, studios and small service businesses in Struga, Ohrid and across North Macedonia. Each client gets their own booking page — clients choose a service, pick a time and book in under a minute, on any phone, without installing an app.
Owners get one simple panel to manage services, staff, working hours, photos and bookings. Deposits can be taken to hold a reservation, walk-in bookings are added from the calendar, and everything works in English, Macedonian and Albanian. B.E.S.A. also builds the website, the café till (POS) and the automation behind it — all made in-house in Struga.

Do my clients need to install an app?
No. Your clients open one link in any browser, on any phone. Nothing to download, no account needed.
What does it cost?
A small monthly fee per business — no charge per client, and no commission on your bookings. Ask us for a quote that fits your salon.
Which languages does it support?
English, Macedonian and Albanian — your clients can switch language on the page, and your staff panel works in all three too.
Can clients pay a deposit when they book?
Yes. Online bookings are held for 48 hours: the client comes in and leaves a deposit (any amount) or pays in full, and staff confirm it with one tap. Unconfirmed holds are released automatically.
Do you build the website too?
Yes — the website and the booking system are built together, so your page, services, photos and prices stay in sync.
